The program is
designed for medical specialists who perform
capillaroscopy in patients with microangiopathies
in order to facilitate the record and analysis of data obtained.
Capillaroscopy is a non-invasive method for investigation of finger nailfold capillaries by means of special microscope (capillaroscope). The findings observed are visually described according to several parameters: field visibility and background, capillary pattern (number, position, length, width and shape) and blood flow.

Capillaroscopy
is useful for evaluation of capillary morphology in pathological conditions
such as vasospastic diseases (Raynaud's
phenomenon, acroscleroderma), collagen vascular
diseases (scleroderma,
dermatomyositis, lupus erythematosus,
mixed connective tissue disease), arterial
occlusive disease, vibration disease, polyneuropathy,
diabetes mellitus, psoriasis as well as for control of therapy.
